- Please contact your ASI Customer Care Rep for status of an order or call 717-692-2107 and ask for Customer Service.

Submitting A Purchase Order
- Email your purchase order to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). You will receive an automated response letting you know that ASI received your order. If you do not have email capability you can fax your order to 717-692-2197.
- ASI Customer Service will confirm your order within 24 business hours.
- To prevent any delays in processing your orders it is important to have all the necessary information specified on your order such as purchase order number; correct bill to/ship to address; ASI part number; revision; minimum order quantity; pricing; shipping method and requested delivery date.

Shipment Of Your Order
The day prior to your order shipping Customer Care will contact you advising you of your order shipping. Once shipment is made Customer Care will email you a shipping report specifying all shipping details including a tracking number for your convenience.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on the location in which the shipment will be delivered and the method of shipping specified on your order. Please contact Customer Service for tracking / anticipated delivery date.

How are shipping charges calculated?
ASI passes all our discounted shipping rates onto our customers.

What if my product is damaged in transit?
If your product arrives to your destination and appears to have been damaged during transit, please contact your ASI Customer Care Representative.
